Return For Credit (RFC) Policy:

We take numerous steps to accurately photograph our jewelry collections and describe the products in detail and trust you will be delighted with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied we can offer you a Return for Credit.

Guidelines For Return For Credit:

1. Notify Red Carpet Beading within 7 business days of delivery of your order to initiate a Return for Credit.
2. All returns for credit must be received by RCB within 10 business days of issuing the return authorization; otherwise no credit will be honored.
3. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
4. All returned items must be unused, with the original tags attached and include the invoice and original packaging.
5. Return your item with appropriate insurance in the event of loss or damage.
6. Upon receipt, we will issue you a credit.
7. Please note that we do not accept returns on custom/special orders. We do not offer cash refunds.
